curated by Danilo Craveia and Marco Strina
Following Daniel Buren and Alberto Garutti, a new project by Stefano Arienti, "I Telepati" (The Telepathists), opening 24 September 2011.
The Zegna Group history is strictly connected to its "logo" that throughout the decades has been the vehicle for the worldwide recognition of the Wool Mill’s excellence in fabric weaving.
The exhibition tells, through images and original archive material, the history of the brand evolution, from the age when the Italian and Biellese "know how" was gathering strength to assert its identity up to the "launch" of the red seal with the Zegna family crest. The outlined excursus is a synthesis of a complex system of cultural, industrial and stylistic values in which the vision and the strength of "made in Italy" are expressed.
